Renowned for its superb golf, Real Club Sevilla Golf is recognised as one of Europe’s greatest golf courses. Major worldwide events support its prestige, consolidating it as one of the best international golf courses. This privileged enclave has unrivalled sports facilities and makes it the ideal place to do sport and enjoy it with the family. It features Clubhouse, Sports Club, Kids Club, a bar and a restaurant.
The Course was designed by Jose Maria Olazabal (Integral Golf Design), it is a 6,529 metre course, par 72. It has a balanced layout able to accommodate any type of competition, both amateur and professional. The land covers an area of 61 hectares in which it has more than 10,000 trees forming a demanding course and a very enjoyable round.
Real Club Sevilla Golf has hosted major international tournaments like:
- WCG World Cup 2004, PGA & European Tour. Won by England (Paul Casey & Luke Donald)
- Open de Sevilla in 2004, European Tour. Won by Ricardo Gonzalez
- Open de Andalucia in 2009, European Tour. Won by Søren Kjeldsen
- Spanish Open in 2008, 2010 and 2012, European Tour. Won by Peter Lawrie (’08) , Alvaro Quiros (’10) and Francesco Molinari (’12).
