This amazing golfcourse sits on a plateau with great design features and strategic greens running off all sides. The course runs through a parkland design with a spectacular view from Tee #7 down into the valley.
Golf Club Crans-sur-Sierre is not the longest course we get to play on tour but the narrow, firm and slopy greens surrounded by thick rough make it tricky and challenging. Clumsy mistakes will cost you a few shots around this track.
The setting is beautiful and unique. Beside from golf, Crans is the perfect place to clear your mind, do a lot of sports and eat well.
Crans is a very beautiful place located quite high in altitude. This means that the ball flies much further than usually, which makes it pretty challenging to get your distance control right. The greens are fast and tricky. You really have to stick to your game plan and hope to hole a few putts to shoot under par.
Definitely one of my favorite courses on Tour!
