Open to the public, Franklin Valley Golf Course was established in 1962 by a group of civic leaders in Jackson County. The idea was first the brainchild of Dr. John M. Cook and Andrew Armbrister. Dr. Cook donated the land and the golf course was born.
This 18 hole, par 71 course has emerged as the “Hidden Gem in the Hills” in Southern Ohio. The course features gentle rolling hills, stunning vistas, challenging water features, and beautiful tree lined fairways that give any golfer, with any skill level, a fun day of golf.
