The Dexter Municipal Golf Course is a scenic nine-hole layout located in the Maine Highlands area of Maine in the town of Dexter. Owned by the Town of Dexter, and privately managed, the course is relatively short but challenging as indicated by it’s slope rating of 120. The course was designed by Bill Nadeau and opened in 1968. It was redesigned in 2010 by Jimmy Costedio, the course manager and superintendent. Overlooking the Town, this hillside course is noted for it’s lush greens and beautiful views. The course features water hazards, bunkers, natural areas of tall grasses and woods to challenge players of all levels.
