The course at Black Hall Club was designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. and opened its doors in 1967. The course doesn't play long, around 6,600 yards from the back tees. Conditions are always excellent from tee to green thanks to an effective maintenance. The layout features many doglegs that tempt will tempt the big hitters to fly over bunkers and trees. Members here at Black Hall say that it takes almost 8 years to get a membership. The 44-year old club is undoubtedly one of the most exclusive clubs in Connecticut but offers great facilities and unbelievable moments.
